I wasn't even aware we used any armoured UNIMOGS in the ADF, so it was quite a surprise to see this monster at Fremantle. Considering how much extra metal is on this beast, a weight of 4.3 tonnes seems quite light. It looks like some very careful design has gone into this, with the blast-resisitant fuel tank, and the various storage nooks. It would be interesting to see one of these fully kitted out.
